This web site (the "Site") is operated by AFFELL Directory. We may modify or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.

Site Access

AFFELL allows you to make personal use only of the Site. You may not use framing techniques to enclose any AFFELL logo or other proprietary information (including the images found at the Site, the content of the Site, or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page) without AFFELL's express written consent. Further, you may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing an AFFELL name, trademark or product name without AFFELL's express written consent.

About the design of the Site

We have used as a base for the design of the site a free Open Source script provided by PhpLinkkDirectory (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com) wich includes some other free scripts inside. All of this have been modified by us under the GNU License. All the graphic design, and additional functionalities of the site are Copyright of AFFELL Directory.

Use of the Site

We provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. We do not control these sites and resources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for any aspects of those sites, including their availability, content, accuracy, legality or delivery of services. You waive any claim resulting from your exposure to material on or through the AFFELL Directory that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. You must be at least 18 to view adult-oriented areas of the AFFELL Directory. In using the Site, you agree:

Link Submit

AFFELL Directory won't validate links to sites that promote violence, racism, terrorism, teen pornography and sites with ilegal content without refunding the money payed, so please be careful when you submit a link in our directory.

You can suggest a sub-category for your web site, but AFFELL will not approve it if we think that there is another one that is published and is appropiate for the link, so it will be added in the published sub-category.

If you submit a free link with reciprocal, the submitted site must have a visible path from its homepage to the page where the reciprocal link is located. If it has not got it, the submission will be rejected.

Affell reserves the right to modificate or delete any link of any category notifying, or not, to the link owner.

Special Attention to Children

Like the rest of the world, the Internet may contain some material that is inappropriate for young audiences. We do not have control of this material if it is content of a web linked in our directory. So you know that there are a number of ways you can control what your child can see and do online. You may want to consider utilizing filtering software to manage your child's online experience. Please remember that while software filtering tools are a great way to control your child's online experience, there is no substitute for parental involvement online.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFFELL Directory from any claim, action, demand, loss or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your conduct, your use of the Site or the services offered thereon, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Limitation on Liability

Termination

AFFELL Directory reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your permission to use the Site, for any or no reason, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site. AFFELL Directory's compromise is to have the site on line for at least two years since the day published in the internet. After this period of time we reserve the rights to finish, interrupt or whatever thing we should need to do with the Site.
